Intellectual property protection mechanism is the key to realizing the goal of scientific datasharing and utilization. Clarifying the intellectual property protection mechanism of scientific data sharingand utilization is of great significance to promoting the orderly development of scientific data sharing andutilization. Taking the intellectual property attribute of scientific data and its ownership as a breakthroughpoint, this paper analyzes how to use intellectual property sharing license agreements to regulate therights and obligations of data publishers and users on the premise of clarifying scientific data ownership, and to promote the full sharing of various scientific data and ensure data security. China should adoptdifferentiated sharing agreements for different types of scientific data, so as to better balance the interestsof data publishers and the public. At the same time, in order to truly realize the significance of datasharing, maximize the value of data, and promote the reuse of scientific data after sharing, China shouldlearn from the legislative experience of the United States and Europe and incorporate text and data mininginto the fair use of copyright.

Xin Miao (Library of Neijiang Normal University)
    Libraly Journal. 2024, 43 (397): 61-67.
    摘要 ( 271 )   PDF(CN)(1388KB) ( 339 )

RDA and BIBFRAME have set up relevant elements and properties for processing series todescribe series information and reveal series relationships. For the description of series information, RDAelements are more abundant and the description granularity is finer. RDA provides series description inthe manifestation, while BIBFRAME provides series description in the series work. For the revelationof the series relationship, both have set up two sets of work relationships and are corresponding, but thetheoretical significance is different. The series relationship of RDA belongs to the inspiration relationship, while the series relationship of BIBFRAME belongs to the part relationship. The current BIBFRAMEvocabulary and conversion tools have an issue of inconsistency for series processing, and it is expectedthat future BIBFRAME series processing methods may still undergo changes to better accommodateRDA.

This review aims to elucidate the current status of foreign research on cognitive biasesin users’ online information search, in order to provide researchers with a more comprehensiveunderstanding of this domain. Adhering to the principles of systematic review, a total of 104 scholarlyarticles sourced from eight academic databases were scrutinized, encompassing analyses acrossfour dimensions: publication trends, theoretical frameworks, research themes, and methodologies. Agradual increase has been observed in studies addressing cognitive biases in users online informationsearch in recent years, reflecting a growing scholarly interest in this field. The foundational theoriesunderpinning these investigations primarily originate from psychology and communication studies.Relevant research predominantly focuses on four sub-themes pertaining to cognitive biases: typology, causation, the influence of cognitive biases on information search, and corrective strategies. Additionally, our observations of research trends highlight the prevalence of experimental methodologies as the mostfrequently employed method in current research endeavors.
