Abstract:

This study takes the development of the cultural and creative industry as its guide, and usesthe Shanghai Library’s Cultural and Creative IP Resource Database as the target of a case study to conductin-depth research on the development of library IP databases for cultural and creative purposes. Throughinvestigation and analysis of the Shanghai Library’s Cultural and Creative IP Resource Database, itexplores how libraries can use digital technology and cultural resources to build and manage IP databaseswith creative value and provide rich creative resources for the cultural and creative industry. This promotesinnovation and development in the cultural industry and brings new ideas and opportunities for furtherdevelopment of library cultural and creative development.
