Libraly Journal. 2021, 40 (10): 25-33.
Social think tank is an important part of new think tank with Chinese characteristics. Through the construction of talent mechanism, their innovation vitality and knowledge service ability can be enhanced. Based on the theory of innovation-driven development, this paper establishes an innovation-driven talent mechanism model of social think tanks combined with the talent mechanism research framework of social think tank, and analyzes the application of the model through network survey and case study. The innovation-driven talent mechanism model of social think tank is an organic network system, which is driven by four innovation elements: knowledge innovation, human capital innovation, institutional innovation, and cultural innovation, and is centered on talent flow, and formed by five constituent elements: talent flow, talent introduction, talent cultivation, talent use, talent evaluation and incentive. The application analysis shows that the talent mechanism of foreign social think tanks is relatively mature, and the four innovation elements can effectively drive the five constituent elements. Among them, knowledge innovation drives the cultivation of various professional talents, human capital innovation drives the improvement of the efficiency of various talents using, institutional innovation drives the enhancement of talent evaluation and incentive performance, and cultural innovation drives the introduction of diversified talents. The innovation elements also drive the talent flow to promote the interaction of the constituent elements, forming a talent mechanism for sustainable development. It is suggested that China’s social think tanks should apply the model and learn from foreign advanced experience to give full play to the four innovation elements, and promote the healthy development of the talent mechanism construction of new social think tank with Chinese characteristics.

Zhang Wei, Yan Lingling, Deng Xianglian ( The Sino-British College, University of Shanghai Science and Technology, School of communication, East China Normal University)
Libraly Journal. 2021, 40 (10): 111-118.
This study takes Shanghai university students as an example to investigate the current status of college students reading the Chinese classics in the new era, with a focus on the reading motivation. This study indicates: gender and age are the influencing factors of reading motivation; reading motivation is a multi-dimensional construct, including two categories and six dimensions (namely, extrinsic motivation such as social interaction, self-development and identification with others, and intrinsic motivation such as self-interests, digital media, and emotional needs); Social interaction is the most important dimension of reading motivation; and gender, age, academic major and grade have an impact on different dimensions of reading motivation. Accordingly, strategies are proposed to promote classics reading among the college students: Firstly, we should focus on the promotion of reading among younger readers and cultivating their reading habits; secondly, we can stimulate reading motivation through extrinsic driving forces; and thirdly, it’s important to utilize social media to develop socialized
reading.

Design and Discussion of Image Zhong Tai in Digital Humanities Infrastructure
Chen Tao (School of Information Management, Sun Yat-sen University) Su Rina (Sun Yat-sen University Library) Sun Xun (Qian Xuesen Library & Museum SJTU)
Libraly Journal. 2021, 40 (10): 124-132.
The concept Zhong Tai (a.k.a. Middle Platform), derived from the era of big data, has attracted the attention of more and more enterprises and institutions. The application of middle platform will play a transformative role in the digital humanities infrastructure. Various middle platforms have emerged, such as data middle platform, business middle platform, algorithm middle platform and technology middle platform. As an important type of institutional digital assets, images have been locked for a long time, and the utilization of these resources is extremely low. The proposal of the International Image Interoperability Framework (IIIF) has opened the door to image resource sharing and reuse. Based on IIIF framework and semantic technologies such as linked data, ontology and graph database, this paper puts forward the system framework and implementation plan of image middle platform in digital humanities. Image resources from different sources are gathered in the middle platform in real time, and image interaction and intelligent connection can be realized through image resources reorganization, content, and semantic annotation. The proposal of image middle platform aims to break the information island of image resources and can be used as the infrastructure of digital humanities to provide solution for the in-depth application and research of image resources.

A Study on the Song Dynasty Block-printed Edition of Qiantang Ji Held by Japan’s Seikado Bunko Library
Pan Chao (School of Advanced Institute of Confucian Studies, Shandong University)
Libraly Journal. 2021, 40 (10): 154-159.
The fourteen volumes of the Qiantang Ji held by the Seikado Bunko Library in Japan are the sole Song Dynasty block-printed edition of Qiantang Ji, by Wei Xiang, a scholar of the Northern Song Dynasty. It is the original edition of the prevalent edition. There are many lost poems, essays and Wei Xiang’s self-annotation, absent from the current edition, showcasing historical value for studying the political ecology of the Northern Song Dynasty and the activities of literati communication. For a long time, the popular edition of the Collection of Qiantang in academic circles is the Collection of Wulin Wangzhe engraved during the reign of Guangxu (and Quan Song Shi and Quan Song Wen compiled based on this book). The Guangxu editions are very different from the original Song block-printed version, and had omitted several poems and self-annotations of the author. By examining the edition held in Seikado Bunko, we can shed new light on itsliterature and historical value.
