Firstly, based on the demandanalysis, the feature concept was analyzed from the three perspectives of basic information, visualfeatures and cultural connotation to complete the construction of the ontology model of the SouthernDynasties mausoleum stone carvings. Secondly, Danyang Mausoleum stone carvings were studied n as anexample to complete knowledge acquisition and knowledge fusion, and the knowledge graph constructionwas completed with the help of the Neo4j graph database. Finally, through knowledge semantic display, knowledge query and knowledge discovery, the knowledge service design of the Southern Dynastiesmausoleum stone carvings is completed. The results show that the knowledge graph can reduce theknowledge threshold, display the cultural connotation, and improve the interaction between informationresources and audiences. This study provides a new idea for the development and utilization of theinformation resources of stone carvings in the Southern Dynasties, and also provides a new perspectivefor the inheritance and protection of stone carvings resources.

The study constructed the TCM database, explored the implicitrelationship between knowledge factors, and gave play to the knowledge service function of the database.Taking postpartum abdominal pain as an example, this study constructed the database of prescriptions forpostpartum abdominal pain through automatic word segmentation, text entity information acquisition, medicine performance information acquisition and data storage. By frequency analysis, the maintreatment methods of postpartum abdominal pain in ancient books of TCM were discussed. Based onthe improved Bina-Apriori algorithm, the compatibility law of puerperal abdominal pain was explored.Through the analysis of the diachronic distribution, this paper found out the times of greater contributionto prescription application, and realized the knowledge service function of prescription knowledge base. The application of digital tools in the construction and application of prescription knowledge base ofancient books of TCM can realize the structural representation of explicit knowledge and the deep miningof tacit knowledge, and provide support for the development of digitalization of TCM.

In the era of scientific and technological competition, the identification and mining oftechnological opportunities lay an important foundation for the formulation of scientific and technologicalR&D guidelines and policies. A quantitative method based on link prediction is proposed to transformthe task of technological opportunity discovery into a binary problem of whether there can be cooccurrencelinks between technological elements, so as to provide detailed data assistance and supportfor technological opportunity identification. Obtaining patent data in the field of privacy protection, constructing IPC co-occurrence network, training GNN model GraphSAGE, and after obtaining thelink prediction score, the authors identify the technology opportunities for sustainable development, breakthrough and innovation and the technology opportunities for transformation from the perspectivesof enhanced, newborn and declining links respectively. Finally, they analyze and put forward suggestionsbased on the identified technology opportunities.

The Qing Dynasty transcript Zhejiang Jiejin Shumu is collected by Harvard-Yenching Libraryof Harvard University. Through textual research on Achieve of Compiling Sikuquanshu, it can be learnedthat the original manuscript of Zhejiang Jiejin Shumu was a list to record the books presented to emperor byZhejiang bibliophile and compiled by Sanbao who is the Zhejiang governor in the 42nd year of the Qianlongreign. The reason why Sanbao submitted this copied list is to provide a detailed catalogue which can collatethe books presented to emperor by Zhejiang bibliophile for the Siku Quanshu office so as to sort and returnlater. By consulting Siku Caijin Shumu and Sikuguan Jincheng Shujidibu, Zhejiang Jiejin Shumu can be usedto check the number of books presented to the emperor by Zhejiang bibliophile and correct the errors of thebook titles in each version of the catalogues of submitted books. The book also includes some annotationswritten by Tan Dusheng who is a Beijing bookseller in the late Qing Dynasty. Qianlong Zhejiang ChengjinShumu which are collected by National Library of China and Nanjing Library are both the duplicates thatcopied by Tan based on Zhejiang Jiejin Shumu to make a profit.

Yuzhangshu adopts a biographical style with morethan half of the characters’ biographies and adds memorabilia. At the same time, Guo Zizhang paid moreattention on historical and geographical contents and cataloging of local documents.
