Research on Academic Contribution of Zhang Qiyu Based on Citation Content Analysis
Zheng Dejun, Zhu Yufei, Zhang Zhenghui, Shen Junwei
Libraly Journal. 2021, 40 (3): 4-12.
Through analyzing the citing and cited references of Zhang Qiyu’s papers, we can
comprehensively understand his academic development process and academic contribution. Based
on citation content analysis, this article first identifies the research topics of Zhang Qiyu’s papers, and
analyzes the ideological sources. Then it obtains the documents citing Zhang Qiyu’s papers, and analyzes
these documents from the perspective of subject distribution, citation context, citation position, temporal
distribution, in order to clearly understand Zhang’s academic influence. The research results confirm
that Zhang Qiyu has not only established the pioneering theory foundation of Information Languages
(IL) discipline, but also come up with practical approaches to guide follow-up researchers. Whether the
innovation is big or small, Zhang Qiyu’s research has significant influence, and he sets a good example to
“good scholars” and “good researcher”.

Chongqing University Library: Research and
Practice of “Education-Ambition” Poverty
Alleviation System in University Libraries
Li Wei, Yu Chun, Yang Xinya, Gu Shihu
Libraly Journal. 2021, 40 (3): 28-33.
Targeted poverty alleviation is the focus of poverty alleviation, while cultural poverty
alleviation is a significant component of targeted poverty alleviation. Although the focus of university
libraries is on higher education, they also undertake the basic responsibilities of social services. Therefore,
in the process of targeted poverty alleviation, it is necessary for university libraries not only to actively
participate, but also to accurately identify and highlight the talent and literature advantages of universities.
University library’s role in poverty alleviation should be in line with the working philosophy of “the dual
support of education and ambition”. On the basis of full investigation and practices, this paper puts forward
a poverty alleviation system specific to university library, and makes further exploration based on the
practices of Chongqing University Library in the frontline of poverty alleviation.

The Construction of Semantic Support Platform
for Digital Humanities Research: A Case Study
of ECNU-DHRS
Chen Tao, Shan Rongrong, Zhang Yongjuan, Sun Xun, Xu Xin
Libraly Journal. 2021, 40 (3): 69-77.
The semantic web technologies have been identified as a key enabler for digital humanities.
However, the complexity of the semantic web stack raises the threshold for digital humanities. This paper
provides a framework of digital humanities semantic support system, which aims to guide the semantic
construction of digital humanities resources and provide knowledge service. The platform includes Linked
Data Transformation Service (LDTS), Linked Data Query Service (LDQS), Linked Data Reasoning Service
(LDPS), Linked Data Publishing Service (LDPS), Linked Data Knowledge Service (LDKS) and Linked
Data Computing Service (LDCS). In the components, LDTS, LDTS and LDQS are the basic modules of
a semantic application platform, whereas the others the optional ones. The DHRS has been successfully
applied to the digital humanities project of East China Normal University (ECNU-DHRS). In addition,
ECNU-DHRS also integrates multiple technologies, such as GIS, MARKUS and International Image
Interoperability Framework (IIIF), which will support the digital humanities research.

Design and Implementation of Digital
Humanities Artificial Intelligence Platform:
A Case Study of ECNU-DHAI
Deng Luxiang, Xu Xin
Libraly Journal. 2021, 40 (3): 78-85.
Most practices of digital humanities were made by a single organization or institution and
executed by one project for one topic model. Serious problems occurred, as current applications couldn’t
meet the needs of digital transformation of multi-source heterogeneous information in huge volume, resource
are being wasted in repeated constructions, and data correlation and sharing can hardly be realized due to
the lack of standards. This paper provides a framework of digital humanities artificial intelligence platform,
which builds a closed-loop for machine automation in workflow and shares the tools and technologies. It
also introduces the details of digital humanities artificial intelligence platform on the infrastructure level,
platform level, service level, as well as application level. In addition, it takes the Digital Humanities Artificial
Intelligence Platform in East China Normal University (ECNU-DHAI) as an example and introduces its
framework, computing resources, OCR function and crowdsourcing model.

Quality Analysis and Evaluation of the Open
Data of Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage
(ICH) Lists: Taking Six Western Provinces in
China as Examples
Li Yumeng, Qiu Yue, Xie Han
Libraly Journal. 2021, 40 (3): 103-108.
The open data of the intangible cultural heritage list (ICH list) is the key to digital construction
and management of all intangible cultural heritage resources. To understand the standardization of the
ICH lists and to further investigate the quality of the lists, the paper takes six provinces in western China
as examples, adopts the network survey and content analysis respectively in terms of data acquisition and
analysis, conducts a general investigation on the standardization of the open data, and creates a multidimensional
evaluation mechanism. The study has found that there are a series of problems regarding
quality, among which the problem of inconsistency is the most severe. Moreover, both the normalization
and openness of the evaluation results need to be improved. This paper provides practical suggestions for
the activation, development and utilization of intangible cultural heritage digital resources.

Research on the Construction of Quality Evaluation System
of Chinese Books Based on Multi-dimensional Index Fusion
Qiu Yue, Zhu Shiqin, Fan Dandan
Libraly Journal. 2021, 40 (3): 109-115.
At present, the book evaluation system is mostly based on external characteristics and lacks
qualitative evaluation indicators, which makes it difficult to reflect the quality of books. This study attempts
to introduce book review indicators that reveal the quality of books in the evaluation system, in order to
make a useful exploration of the quality of Chinese books. Based on the high-frequency indicators of
existing research, 16 secondary indicators are selected from traditional metrics, altmetrics, and book review
indicators to construct an evaluation system consisting of three dimensions, namely, book utilization, book
attention and book review. By using sentiment analysis to process book review data and by applying the
CRITIC method to determine the weight of indicators, this paper makes an empirical analysis by taking
psychology books as the sample. The reliability of evaluation system is analyzed by reliability and validity
test. The empirical results show that the evaluation system thus constructed is reliable and can be used for
comprehensive evaluation of psychology books; and that book review indexes can screen out books with
high content quality and provide reference for bibliographic recommendations and other activities requring
quality evaluation of books
