The Service Model of Reserving Lectures and Training via Wechat in Shanghai Library

Abstract: Shanghai Library is one of the few libraries whose lectures all require reservation. Shanghai Library is currently using the public platform of WeChat to develop lecture service, which has been receiving great attention. This paper tries to collect and analyze all kinds of information and data of the new service platform. In addition, it is more important to plan future activities and meet readers’ needs accordingly. This paper compares the number of application and that of attendance via the WeChat platform, and finds that the attendance rate is great.
