Reading Promotion in Colleges Based on the Concept of College-specific: “One College One Book” and “One City# One Book”
Zhang Qilin
Libraly Journal. 2019, 38 (4): 19-22.
At present, there are still some problems in reading promotion for college students, such as
inadequate precision of the supporting theory, inaccurate orientation of the reading promotion target, and
lack of cultural connotation. The concept of college-specific reading emphasizes that colleges shall make
differentiated reading promotion activities according to the scope of disciplines, the level of management,
colleges’ mottos, their history, and the cities where the colleges are located. It considers macroscopically
the need of reader groups in different types of colleges, and combines the ideas of “One College One Book”
and “One City One Book” to further improve the fineness and accuracy of reading promotion to college
students.

Cultural Reading Promotion: New Thinking of “Deep Reading” Promotion under the Background of Media Fusion
Cai Yingchun
Libraly Journal. 2019, 38 (4): 34-40.
This paper expounds the definition of “deep reading” in the reading promotion research
field under the background of media fusion, suggests to expand the connotation and extension of “deep
reading” and focuses on characteristics in four dimensions, namely, Text Media Dimension, Information
Acquisition Dimension, Cultural Communication Dimension, and Experience Dimension. In the
nationwide reading context, new environment, new media, and new readers call for a new “deep reading”
thinking mode. “Deep reading” should stress on “diversity” and “integration”, using diverse formats,
rich content, mixed situations, pleasure experiences and resonant communication as guidelines to plan
and carry out reading promotion activities. This paper takes “Love Reading, Dreaming Shanghai——
Shanghai-style Culture Reading Promotion” activity as an example to illustrate that “culture reading
promotion” activities with a clear theme and strong regional characteristics are a good practice to promote
“deep reading”, if aiming to guide readers to “deep reading”, fully considering the four dimensions of “deep
reading” in planning, and integrating library media resources in multiple ways step by step. It is worthwhile
for more libraries to try in a way that accommodates their own collection/service or thelocal culture.

Discussion on Fan Community Model of Classic Reading Promotion in University Libraries
Yao Lingjie
Libraly Journal. 2019, 38 (4): 41-46.
In the age of all media, reader-focused social reading of online community, which
features sharing and interaction, becomes increasingly popular. A fan reading community model
for classic reading promotion in university libraries is to take advantages of network community.
University libraries could make use of the academic influence and public appeal of academic stars to
attract students who love classical reading, and provide stable community value output through a longterm
model of classical reading to guide the reading behavior of the community members. To develop
the fan reading community, we should win the support from library, school, and faculties, keep in mind
the goal of community (namely, to cultivate classical reading habits of its members), attach importance
to recruitment of new members, provide pleasant reading experience and build up a tolerant community
culture.

Libraly Journal. 2019, 38 (4): 61-68.
摘要
(
299 )
This article made use of both metadata and subject to dig resource content and to realize partial
auto-indexing. The Huizhou documents are the most significant sources of the local historical archives,
regarded as “organic”. This article took advantages of the organization of information and the organization of
knowledge, dug the inner related context hidden in the documents, and converted information to knowledge
based on the ontology. A solution for the social network analysis was constructed with a subject tree. The
way of auto-indexing based on metadata increased the efficiency of search and quantitative efficiency
among different resources.

The Power of Fans and Knowledge Economy: Understanding Users’ Paying Behavior for Existing Answers on Q&A Platforms
Li Wu, Ai Pengya, Bin Feng
Libraly Journal. 2019, 38 (4): 74-81.
摘要
(
277 )
Paying for existing answers, namely, users’ acquisition of repliers’ answers to the initial askers
with relatively low price, is an important mode of the current paid Q&A platforms in China. To gain a better
understanding of users’ paying behavior for existing answers, the present study collects a great amount of data
from the Q&A section of Zaihangyidian, the most popular Chinese pay-for-knowledge platform, using webcrawler
programmed in Python. It explores the factors influencing the number of payments for the existing
answers, and especially the effect of the number of repliers’ followers. Results from the first study indicate
that the number of repliers’ followers, answer’s price, and answer’s length significantly predict the number of
payments, while the second study confirms the serial mediating effects of answer’s price and answer’s length
on the relationship between the number of repliers’ followers and the number of payments.

The development of high quality scientific & technological think tanks is inseparable from
the strong support of socioeconomic data, which provides important reference for the establishment of data
service platform. This paper discusses the concept, function and classification system of S&T think tanks. It
investigates and analyzes the socioeconomic data demand content, demand characteristics, data acquisition
and utilization difficulty of the S&T think tank, as well as the core function requirement of the data service
platform through questionnaires. Statistics of governments of important countries and regions, and those of
international organizations are the main reference resources for S&T think tanks’ research. In the process

Qu Songfeng
Libraly Journal. 2019, 38 (4): 109-111.
The Poem Lu Xiufu Jumping into the Sea Holding the Crown Prince is a masterpiece among
the elegies for Lu Xiufu. From the beginning of the Ming Dynasty to the present, for the issue of the
authorship of this poem, there appeared divergent views in different collections which it was compiled in.
As for the fact that the poem may be written by Yao Sui, Sheng Biao or Lin Jingxi, the entire academic
community has not given a final conclusion to this day. This paper looked up all the relevant literature,
and made a comprehensive argument from different aspects such as whether the poem was included in
three poets’ other collected works, where the poem was collected before the Ming Dynasty, the historical
background of the three poets and poetics analysis for the poem itself. Finally, it can be concluded that the
true writer of The Poem Lu Xiufu Jumping into the Sea Holding the Crown Prince should be Sheng Biao,
the adherent of the Southern Song Dynasty.
