Taking university librarians as the research object, this study discusses the relationship between university librarians’ psychological capital and work attitude, as well as the intermediary role of career satisfaction between the two. To fulfill the research purpose, this study selects job satisfaction and emotional commitment, the most widely researched indexes by organizational behavior scholars, as measured variables. It conducts questionnaire surveys to collect data, and through confirmatory factor analysis, discovers that each variable has good composite reliability, convergent validity and differentiate validity. It also detects significant correlation among the variables. In order to further confirm the causal relationship among variables, it makes structural equation model analysis that shows significant positive impact of university librarians’ psychological capital on job satisfaction, affective commitment and career satisfaction; of career satisfaction on job satisfaction and emotional commitment; and of affective commitment on job satisfaction. In other words, university librarians’ psychological capital has significant positive effect on work attitude, whereas career satisfaction has the partial intermediary effect between the two. Finally, this study suggests that psychological capital plays an important role in human resources management of university library, and the university library managers should pay more attention to developing the employees’ psychological capital to promote their work attitude and improve their work performance.

The academic evaluation function is an important part of college institutional repository service function. This paper discusses the necessity of institutional repository academic evaluation function for scientific research management and the institutional repository itself. From aspects of the general function framework and the evaluation index, it puts forward the scheme to build institutional repository academic evaluation function, choosing the most suitable evaluation index and platform to realize the integrative sharing of academic achievements in the end, and to improve the comprehensive utilization of the data.

Open access is the concept and mechanism of academic exchange developed in the network environment, which has attracted the attention of scholars both in China and abroad in recent years. In this paper, the visualization analysis of the literature on open access is made by using the CiteSpace based on the data from Web of Science and CSSCI. The literature is studied with co-cited clustering analysis, high frequency keywords analysis and burst terms detecting. The main research content and the hot topics of the domestic and foreign scholars are compared, and the evolution path of the field is mapped.

The BIBFRAME model provides the possibility for expanding collection bibliographic data to semantic web. This article first elaborates on the mechanism of library collection semantization based on the ontology and BIBFRAME, including the extraction of subject core concepts, the determination of semantic relations between subject concepts, mapping between subject concept and collection entity, and the visualization of the subject semantic knowledge network. It then takes “information retrieval” collection as an example to discusss the mechanism of library collection semantization related to “information retrieval”, and realize and the visual semantic knowledge network. Finally, it discusses the practical application value of library collection semantization in the semantic web, the visual platform and the users’ autonomous learning.

Evidence-based medicine is in an important opportunity for the development of modern medical literature retrieval teaching reform, and powers up the improvement of medical students in the new era of information literacy education. This paper analyzes the relationship between evidence-based medicine and literature retrieval from the perspective of information science, explores the practical necessity of introducing evidence-based medicine in medical literature retrieval teaching, and explores the problems existing in the medical literature retrieval teaching in colleges and universities in China. It put forwards the thinkings and suggestions on the reform of literature retrieval based on the introduction of evidence-based medicine.

This article describes the status quo and the existing problems of mobile library. Based on internet plus, it introduces the practices of mobile library including fusion of platforms, service innovation, content integration, context-aware and marketing, etc. It advocates that the development of mobile library must persevere with the concept of openness and cooperation.

浆糊作为古籍修裱的特殊材料，其性能优劣直接关系到修裱的质量。目前，古籍修裱存在浆糊易霉变以及化学药剂常被添加至浆糊中会污染环境和古籍本体等诸多问题。为最大限度地提高古籍修裱浆糊质量，本文结合文献记载中药的种类和添加量，依据中药成分及药理作用，特性及成分，选取百部、苦参等富含生物碱的中药为研究对象，从添加中药前后浆糊的抑菌性、黏度、酸度、外观变化等方面探讨中药对古籍修裱浆糊性能的影响。结果表明，巴豆、黄柏和苦参改善浆糊的抑菌性、黏度和裱件的柔韧性等效果较为理想，且酸度与纯浆糊最为接近，但会改变浆糊和裱件的外观，因而该类中药作为浆糊添加剂应注意脱色或控制使用量。此外，石灰末可提高浆糊的酸度，其他单味或复方中药的添加均会降低浆糊的酸度，尤以中药白矾最为显著。因此，从古籍保护的长远考虑，修裱浆糊中添加中药的类型应慎重选取。

The local opera culture has always been an important part of the traditional Chinese culture. In recent years, with the increasing emphasis on intangible cultural heritage, the central government has issued a series of protection policies. In order to protect the local opera culture, the Hunan Library cooperates with the theater and education circles to carry out a series of activities named “opera into the campus” , hoping to bring positive impact on the local opera inheritance and development. The campus has been closely involved, making new attempt for promoting the local opera culture heritage and development.

In the network environment, the library is a system mechanism to provide information resources and services. In order to ensure library consumers to get what they need, the library should follow some standards and/or specifications in the process of organizing its resources. Although Chinese standardization administration, libraries, and other related organizations have established a considerable number of information organization standards, there are still some problems, such as the lack in the awareness of the importance of the standards, and the insufficient mechanism in the standards management and maintenance. Through comparison with the international standards, American standards and British standards, this paper will put forward strategies to address these problems.

The article makes an intensive study of data storage & management strategy of digital preservation system. Firstly, the authors analyze information type and storage model in OAIS standard, and then summarize current data storage and management strategies, and methods that have been used in many international preservation projects. Base on these studies, the authors plot a complex strategy for data storage and management when they are developing digital preservation system for Chinese Academy of Sciences. And in the end of this article, they give some suggestions on how to make data storage and management strategy.

Smart library is a new mode of library, whereas its green development demands that the provision of convenience for readers should go hand in hand with the protection of their privacy. The article analyses the privacy risks posed by digital technology, network technology, data mining technology and RFID technology from both perspectives of network platform and physical library. It then, considering the existing information security and network security technology, proposes the corresponding technical protection strategy.

It releases the related data of public library services: library patrons’ characteristics, access frequency, activities in the library, the situations of using library’s website or mobile App and e-book borrowing, etc. On the basis of investigation results, this report explores the role and influence of public library, and the social services which the public wants the library to offer, which provides the beneficial reference to the future development of public library services.

IFLA School Library Guidelines (2nd Edition), Which was revised in 2015, replaced the 2002 edition of the “School Library Guide” to become a new international standard. This paper analyzes the main contents of IFLA School Library Guidelines(2nd Edition) and expounds the role of the school librarian, the resources, the project and the activity of the school library, which is designed to provide reference for our school libraries.

The book New Perspectives on the Library of the 21st Century (Third Edition) written by Dr. Wu Jianzhong was published in April 2016. Based on the previous editions and their book reviews, this paper attempts on another book review for this new edition. Pointing out that the general framework remains unchanged, the paper then briefly interprets the overall content and analyzes its inclusiveness and vitality. By comparing the two former editions of this book, and considering public library development trends, this paper analyzes the changes of library’s development and management, resources construction, user service, social function and their processes. Finally, it briefly summarizes the content of this book, and puts forth the infinite possibilities of the library in the future.

Woods of Words by Pei Qi was very popular in the intellectual circles of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, which had once been the required reading book in the celebrities of that time. It, however, was criticized by one of the celebrities, Xie An, and then met cold-shoulder of the society. It is said in Sui Shu·Jing Ji Records that Woods of Words was deserted in the Sui Dynasty, but we can infer that it was actually deserted in the middle of the Song Dynasty rather than the Sui Dynasty according to some documentary records, for example, some reference books in the Tang and Song Dynasty have cited a large quantity of materials from it, Liu Zhiji in the Tang Dynasty have once made comments on it, and Sui Shu·Jing Ji Records has deficiencies in recording.

The bibliographies deleted Yuelei from Jingbu is not dated from Jinyuandi Si Bu Shu Mu written by Lichong. Wujing can be understood as a general designation of books of Jingbu. The quantity of books about the music is not too little. We can’t find a bibliography that deleted Yuelei before the Northern Song Dynasty. Only a few bibliographies deleted Yuelei. Most of the bibliographies putted the books about the music to Jingbu and Zibu. The position of Yuelei is not fixed.

New Official Records of Shi’s in Dongjiangmi Valley from Hu-Guang, the Jinshenlu of Wanli Period of the Ming Dynasty which is a record of detailed information of officials in the Ming and Qing Dynasty, is attached in the Shisanjing Zhushu engraved by Directorate of Imperial Academy of Wanli Period of the Ming Dynasty in Beijing. The book is of great value for it can replenish both people’s knowledge and historian’s records about the history. However, the importance of Jinshenlu of the Ming Dynasty has not risen enough attention so it’s necessary to conduct research on it.
