The Analysis of Impact Factors of Users of Library WeChat Service

The paper, based on the social capital theory, adopts literature research and questionnaire method to analyze impact factors of users participating in library WeChat service. It identifies interactivity, innovation, trust, sense of pleasure, perceived risk, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and library brand image as significant influential factors on users, and discovers that each two factors are significantly correlated. The paper constructs the model of these impact factors, and proposes the tactics to improve user participation in library WeChat service.

Targeting at the problems of the retrieval system of self-built database, namely, the shortage of one-stop retrieval and the inaccuracy of retrieval results, the paper proposes the reconstruction of a full-text retrieval system with Xunsearch open-source software. With the self-built database of Hunan Library as the research object, the paper analyzes the current situation of the database, system architecture, function design as well as other aspects and then realizes the function of system retrieval by a WEB development language-PHP. After test run for a period of time, the new retrieval system has obtained satisfying effects in stability, retrieval speed and user experience.
