Abstract:

The significant character of modern public culture service is that its development is integrated with technology and that is the efficient promotion of public culture service depends on technology innovation. In the Internet era, the content and responsibilities of public culture service expand more deeply and widely. With the integration with new technology, the construction of a national public information platform will enhance the entire modern public culture service system. In the process of constructing such a platform, the Digital Library Promotion Project will give full play to its key roles in resource organization, technology innovation and public service. The Project is going to create “One Cloud, One Repository, One Network” in the knowledge-based society, providing strong support for the construction of modern public service system.
