    摘要 ( 379 )   PDF(CN)(1474KB) ( 338 )

The integration and development of public cultural services and tourism public services is an important aspect of cultural and tourism integration, and it is also a difficult point for the integration and development of the two. Based on the practical needs of high-quality development of public cultural services in China, the article clarifies the connotation of public cultural services and tourism public services, identifies the “suitable integration areas”, and combines relevant theories to reveal the internal logic and value of integrated development, explaining the stages and practical directions of integrated development. The integration and development of the two has gone through the exploration period characterized by “facilities out of the circle and space embedding”, the breakthrough period of “institutional integration and service superposition”, and will enter the deepening period of “people-oriented, host-guest sharing”. In the new era, under the guidance of the concept of “taking the people as the center”, we should promote the integration of ideas, resources, services, platforms and standards in an integrated way to achieve the deeper integration and development of the two.

A Study of Automated Deep Classification of Literature Based on Chinese Library Classification
    Zhang Yuhui (Shanghai Library)
    Libraly Journal. 2024, 43 (395): 61-74.
    摘要 ( 463 )   PDF(CN)(2181KB) ( 465 )

Deep classification of literature based on Chinese Library Classification (CLC) includes two classical natural language processing problems: Extreme Multi-label Text Classification (XMC) and Hierarchical Text Classification (HTC). However, the current research on literature classification based on CLC generally treats it as an ordinary text classification problem. Since the core features of the problem are not fully explored, these studies are generally unsatisfactory or even infeasible in deep categorization. This paper, through the in-depth analysis of the characteristics and difficulties of the literature classification based on CLC, examines and researches the deep classification of literature based on the CLC and related solutions from the perspectives of XMC and HTC. It applies and innovates them for the characteristics of this scenario, which not only improves the accuracy of the classification, but also extends the depth and breadth of the classification. In this paper, the model first extracts the semantic features of the text as the basis of classification through a lightweight deep learning model applicable to the XMC problem. And then, for the HTC problem in the classification of CLC, it utilizes the LTR (Learning to Rank) framework to incorporate multivariate features including hierarchical structural information as the auxiliary basis of classification, which greatly exploits the information and knowledge embedded in the semantic and classification system of the text. The model utilizes the LTR framework to incorporate multiple features including hierarchical structure information as an auxiliary basis for classification. It also combines the powerful semantic understanding ability of deep learning models with the interpretability of machine learning models, and has good scalability, which can be easily improved by incorporating new features customized by experts at a later stage. Moreover, the model is relatively lightweight, which can easily cope with tens of thousands of classified labels under the limited computational resources, and lays a good foundation for the full-depth categorization based on the CLC.

21-Day Reading Habit Cultivation: Tracing the Source and Reflections on the Practice
Zhang Huijun, Zhai Zhonghui (Xi’an Jiaotong University Library)
    Libraly Journal. 2024, 43 (395): 85-90.
    摘要 ( 315 )   PDF(CN)(1479KB) ( 420 )

This paper traces back the source of the “21-Day Habit Cultivation” trend, as it has become a popular reading promotion activity in libraries. Through literature retrospective, we found that the idea of “21-day Habit Cultivation” originated from Maltz’s Psycho-Cybernetics. There is a cognitive bias between the popular belief in “persist for 21 days to form a new habit” and Maltz’s “it requires a minimum of about 21 days for a new mental image to jell”. The study also provides a comparative analysis of 21-day reading habit cultivation activities and offers thoughts and suggestions on library’s reading promotion.

Zhao Xiaoxuan, Chen Gang, Huang Zijing ( School of Geography and Ocean Science, Nanjing University, Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Geographic Information Science and Technology, Key Laboratory for Land Satellite Remote Sensing Applications of Ministry of Natural Resources)
    Libraly Journal. 2024, 43 (395): 101-108.
    摘要 ( 203 )   PDF(CN)(2236KB) ( 296 )

Textual histories are widely digitized. How to extract geographically named entities and related information from the texts and how to effectively realize geographic information mining have become an important research topic. This paper proposes an idea of extracting event elements related to time, place, persons, things, events and phenomena associated with geographically named entities by taking the geographically named entities as the core and making the semantic information associated with geographical locations, and by converting the event information described in the text into the attribute data of each geographically named entity. The study used the document Japanese Soldiers’ Atrocities in the Nanking Safety Zone included in Rabes Diary as an empirical case, and used the conditional random field method to extract events. Combined with historical maps and other related data, geographical information is finally mapped to the map. The methodology of this paper expands the way textual information is exploited in the digital information era, opening up new ideas for text mining analysis and knowledge discovery.

    Libraly Journal. 2024, 43 (395): 123-132.
    摘要 ( 224 )   PDF(CN)(2289KB) ( 478 )

In the Ming Dynasty, Shen Jin compiled a series of books, Xinshang Bian, with the theme of appreciation and recreation. The series of books have the version of Shen Jin in the Zhengde Period, the version of Wang Yuncheng in thirty years to the Jiajing (1551), and the version of Mao Yixiang in eight years to the Wanli (1580). The version of Mao Yixiang was based on the version of Shen Jin. The woodblocks engraved by Mao Yixiang underwent multiple modifications and thus the appearances of printed versions from different periods are distinct. Mao Yixiang compiled Xinshang Xubian, collecting the works of the Ming Dynasty. The compiler of the Newly-organized Shuofu in the late Ming Dynasty chose some of the books of Xinshang Bian and Xinshang Xubian as base text. Booksellers used the woodblocks of the Newly-organized Shuofu to compile a new series, which was known as Chongding Xinshang Bian. And they profited by pretending that Mao Yixiang was the compiler of the series
