Moral Self-Regulation or Organizational Discipline? A Study of the Factors Influencing Academic Dishonesty Behavior
Liu Yu, Liu Xiaoyan (School of History & Archive, Yunnan University)
Libraly Journal. 2022, 41 (5): 4-13.
Academic integrity is an important issue of general concern to Chinese academia and society, and the study of the influencing factors of breach of academic integrity is a prerequisite to academic misconduct governance. Based on the traditional perspectives of individual characteristics and institutional environment, this study proposes to explore the influencing factors from an organizational perspective. Taking 8583 duplicate journal papers in economics and management as the research sample, we found that “unit”, which represents the nature of the organization, has significant influence on the number of republications. In addition, whether the first publishing journal is a core journal and the time of publication also have a great impact on the number of republications, whereas the proxy variable of ethical level, “the number of authors”, does not influence much the number of republications. The results suggest that the difference of individual ethical level is not enough to effectively explain academic misconduct, and the organization has a strong discipline effect on academic misconduct. This result confirms the effectiveness of the “Institutional Unit System Theory” in explaining academic organizations and academic integrity in China.

Research on the Problems and Improvement of Library Limitation and Exception Clauses in the New Technology Environment: On the Revision of Regulations on the Protection of Information Network Communication Right
Yuan Feng (School of Communication, East China University of Political Science and Law) Xu Zhuo (School of Intellectual Property, East China University of Political Science and Law)
Libraly Journal. 2022, 41 (5): 31-38.
Due to the shortcomings of the library limitation and exception clauses and the development of digital network technology in China, the deficiencies and problems of limitation and exception clauses related to the traditional library have become increasingly prominent. The lack of limitation on the users’purpose of obtaining works, the lack of limitation on the digital works provided by libraries, and the new issues caused by text and data mining are examples of such. By learning from the advanced copyright laws abroad, China can revise the Regulations on the Protection of Information Network Communication Right (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations). On one hand, in article 7 of the Regulation, the specification on the users’purpose can be added, such as “to facilitate the research or study”, and also in this article, audiovisual works should explicitly be excluded from the types of works that libraries provide digitalcopies of. On the other hand, article 6 of the Regulations should add limitations and exceptions regarding the use of text and data mining by libraries and other institutions for scientific research purposes.

Study on the Revision of CRITIC Evaluation Method and Its
Application in Academic Journal Evaluation
Yu Liping (Business School, Changzhou University)
Libraly Journal. 2022, 41 (5): 56-62.
The CRITIC evaluation method gives weight according to the comparative intensity and conflict of indicators. It has been widely used in evaluation, but there may be some problems in its application in academic journal evaluation. In view of the characteristics of academic journal evaluation, this paper proposes to replace the standard deviation with the average difference mean ratio, replace the correlation coefficient with the complex correlation coefficient, and replace the multiplicative synthesis with the additive synthesis to modify the traditional CRITIC evaluation method, thus optimizing the traditional CRITIC evaluation method. The revised CRITIC has no requirement on the data distribution of evaluation indexes, and thus more suitable for academic journal evaluation. Since the revised CRITIC follows the evaluation philosophy of the traditional CRITIC, and optimizes the latter, it is an evaluation method worth popularizing.

Research on Multi-label Evidence Data of the South China
Sea Classification Based on BERT and Faceted Classification
Peng Yufang , Shi Jin , Xu Hao, , Yang Haiping ( School of Economics & Management, Nanjing Institute of Technology, Department of Information Management, Nanjing University)
Libraly Journal. 2022, 41 (5): 102-108.
In order to better organize the evidence data of the South China Sea, improve the retrieval function of the South China Sea Think Tank, and facilitate researchers to conduct in-depth research on the South China Sea issue, this paper combines the ethnic retrieval of the Chinese Library Classification and the feature retrieval of the faceted classification, constructs the South China Sea document classification, applies the BERT pre-training model to realize the automatic classification of the fine-grained multi-label South China Sea evidence data, and uses the database technology to divide the evidence data of the South China Sea into 12 facets for grouping and retrieval. Accordingly, each piece of South China Sea evidence data is given a unique classification number and category name, which is formally expressed as “the data classification of South China Sea evidence data = evidence source classification + evidence data system classification + evidence data facet classification”. From a more fine-grained perspective, data classification is realized. Compared with the classification of broad-type document carriers, data classification is more conducive to data mining, to the identification of potential relationship between data, and to the discovery of new research perspectives, which are the foundation of scientific research and innovation.

Literature in Periodicals Based on BERT Model
Shen Lili, Jiang Peng, Wang Jing (Shanghai Library)
Libraly Journal. 2022, 41 (5): 109-118.
The BERT model released by Google AI team has achieved results in a number of Natural Language Processing tasks. But the research in the field of automatic classification of Chinese literature remains to be explored. The purpose of this paper is to explore the actual classification effect of BERT’s Chinese basic model in the classification of Chinese social science and sci-tech periodicals, to point out the problems existing in the practical application of the model, and to propose solutions. This paper selects more than 1745000 Chinese documents of R category (medicine, health), TG category (metallogy and metalworking), F category (economics), and J category (art) as training corpus, and uses another 9610 data as test samples. BERT Model is used to classify the literatures of social science and sci-tech periodicals. The results show that the four-level accuracy of BERT model is 76.95% in social science literature and 68.55% in scientific literature. Then the penalty strategy is introduced to provide reference for the threshold setting of the exemption data in practice. The BERT model can be used in the actual classification and indexing of the Quan Guo Bao Kan Suo Yin (CNBKSY) to meet the needs of automatic classification of Chinese documents under the current network environment.

Reexamining the Nature and the Author of Shu Yi in Korean
Kyujanggak
Zhu Yan (College of Literature, Yangzhou University)
Libraly Journal. 2022, 41 (5): 128-135.
The manuscript of Shu Yi, the literature of Shu in Li dynasty of Korea, is now preserved in Korean Kyujanggak. Although it aimed originally at preparing for exams of Confucian classics commentaries in imperial civil examinations, it still presents a distinctive academic significance. First, it shows the rationalization in Korean researches on Shang Shu. Second, it demonstrates comprehensively the political ethics of Korean dynasty. Third, it enriches and enhances the commentaries of Shu Ji Zhuan. Besides, the author of Shu Yi is inscribed as Ding Ruoyong. However, the academia generally takes it as a pseudograph. According to the analysis of the nature of Shu Yi and Ding Ruoyong’s experience in studying Shu, there are some problems in the academic circles’justification for judging Shu Yi as a fake. The author of Shu Yi should be some student who studied at Sungkyunkwan for the great exams, just like Ding Ruoyong.
