Abstract

Abstract: The subject librarians of Tsinghua University Library tapped the expertise of lead users in information literacy and digital literacy, and launched an “Information Talent” sharing program. They carried out a series of flexible and interactive activities to improve readers’information literacy capabilities and facilitate information sharing. Subject librarians therefore built a long-term cooperation and win-win mechanism with the user community, created a new trend in subject service, and received wide recognition from readers. This article analyzes the practice of “Information Talent” sharing program in detail, including key points and difficulties of the process, as well as solutions and ideas.
