It gives a definition of the cultural precise poverty alleviation based on concepts of poverty alleviation, cultural poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation, and also characterizes its methods,principles and purposes. Moreover, it discusses some specific requirements of the cultural precise poverty alleviation on precise identification, precise aid and precise management, as well as analyzes the key implementation path of the cultural precise poverty alleviation with four dimensions—people, resource,condition and economy.

The strategic position of cultural poverty alleviation has gained consensus by communities of the society. This paper identifies four aspects to take targeted measures, i.e. coordinated and cooperative work mechanisms, encouraging and guiding social participation by all means, building underlying cloud platform, and delivering plenty culture products in digital form.

The paper takes Ma’an Village, Xiadang Village and Chixi Village as examples, summarizes the basic situation of three villages, concludes the reason of poverty and measures of poverty alleviation based on the spot investigation, analyzes the cultural demands and problems of the cultural poverty alleviation in three villages.

It has been generally accepted that culture plays a great role in poverty reduction. The povertystricken regions try to achieve economic growth by various cultural approaches, especially in fostering talents, using cultural resources effectively, building cultural infrastructures, exploring the economic
potential of culture. In these respects, Korea, Japan and South Africa have some successful experience,which can be used for reference for our country.

[Objective] The study aims to explore the users’ intention of continuing with the use of Question &Answer SNS, and to identify the dominant influencing factors. [Methods] Based on Expectation Confirmation Model of IS Continuance (ECM-ISC), the study introduces 4 influencing factors (Perceived Playfulness,
Perceived Privacy Risks, Perceived Switching Costs and Subjective Norm) according to question-and-answer SNS’s features, and then builds a research model. The research designs a questionnaire and conducts a survey.After the data collection, this paper uses SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0 to analyze the 315 valid questionnaires in order to verify the constructs and hypotheses of the research model. [Results] The research findings show that:1) ECM-ISC has good applicability to question-and-answer SNS; 2) the effect of “Perceived Playfulness”on Satisfaction is significantly positive; 3) the effect of “Perceived Playfulness” and “Subjective Norm” on “Continuance Intention” is significantly positive; 4) the effect of “Perceived Privacy Risks” on “Continuance
Intention” is significantly negative; 5) the positive effect of “Perceived Switching Costs” on “Continuance Intention” fails to be validated. [Limits] The study only analyzes the cross-sectional data and subjective data,and the social elements are not highly emphasized in the current study.

The paper provides an overview of metadata research in and outside of China during 2011-2015, through systematically examining and reviewing metadata from books, journal articles, dissertations,and research projects. It discusses the major achievements and initiatives, as well as identifying the hot issues in metadata research during the recent five years. It also points out the future trends of metadata research.

In the semantic web environment, linked data of library data has become a trend. The new cataloging rules RDA has replaced AACR2, and correspondingly, the bibliographic format, to be adapted to RDA and the open digital network environment, must be changed from the traditional MARC format to the new BIBFRAME format based on the linked data model. The content standard RDA and encoding standard BIBFRAME are both based on the linked data, and BIBFRAME is compatible with RDA. The simultaneous us of them both will not only upgrade library from document cataloging system to resource cataloging system, but also promote the development of its linked data, improve the web visibility and accessibility of the library data. Facing the transformation and development, the domestic libraries should grasp the opportunity and take the initiative to explore, making due contribution to the libraries in China.

Orphan work is a very important part of the library’s traditional collections, and converting it to digital form will leave a great impact on the construction of digital library. In order to make the digital use of orphan works more convenient, many countries have established related legal systems, and the third draft
amendment of copyright law of our country also added some related articles to solve the conflict between the need of the use of orphan works and the difficulty of authorization. According to the stipulations of different countries and the draft amendment of copyright law, libraries can use orphan works only if they have fulfilled retrieval obligation reasonably and diligently, and do not find available copyright owners. In other words, the different interpretation of “reasonable and diligent retrieval obligation” will decide whether library can or cannot use orphan works. In the meantime, although “reasonable and diligent retrieval” is the duty of users,a good information retrieval platform is also very important, which is also what our country should try to improve.

Because the OLCC and the CUCC understanding of the ISBD rules and the CNMARC function are not the same, the two cataloging mechanisms are quite different in the statement of responsibility description. In order to make the cataloging data better reflect the ISBD rules and CNMARC format requirements, the paper recommends that the two cataloging mechanisms should jointly improve the quality and level of our bibliographic data compilation through coordination.

To enrich the theoretical basis of website evaluation research, to deepen and enrich the content and application areas of the “whole evaluation”, and to prove the scientificity of the “full evaluation”, The paper builds characteristic information quality evaluation model which is universally applicable to science and technology websites. It is constructed based on customer satisfaction theory and “full evaluation” system.By adopting the structural equation, it builds the model that includes three innovative evaluation indicators of frontier science, technology innovation effectiveness as well as knowledge/skill effectiveness, and has three variables, namely, information content quality, information effectiveness quality and user satisfaction. The model is tested valid by the fitting index, and it also proves the causal relationship between content evaluation and effectiveness evaluation within “full evaluation”. According to the model, the results of empirical evaluation and ranking can be obtained. And the scientificity and reliability of the model are proved by tests.

After clarifying the definition of data papers, this paper summarizes the naming methods of data papers and content of peer review by analyzing 10 representative data journals. It draws the conclusion that ways of naming differ among different data journals which have different purposes. It also identifies
two types of peer reviews: the open and the closed ones. Since peer review involves quality control during the early stage and the consistency of data with paper, it is proposed that the uniqueness of data papers should be taken into account so as to develop diversified peer review strategies.

With the rapid development of mobile internet technology, varies of mobile visual search products have been developed. In order to learn about these products and make a comparison, this paper categorizes them based on their respective device and technology. Based on the categorization, it further
summarizes the features of four types of products: image search products based on APP, augmented reality search based on APP image search products based on wearable devices. This paper augmented reality search based on wearable devices. Some valuable suggestions on how to apply mobile visual search to digital humanity are also raised in the end of this paper.

Stiftsbibliothek is the oldest library in Switzerland, and one of the most important monastery libraries in the world. It has a collection of 160,000 books, whereas its virtual digital library holds 478 digital manuscripts. This paper introduces the library from its architecture, resource development and utilization,
manuscript description and literature protection, systematically elaborating on the characteristics of this historic library.

As an important part of talking and singing literature in China, the study of Baojuan has received more and more concern by scholars both at home and abroad. Japanese scholars began to attach more importance on the collection, documentation and research of Chinese Baojuan after Zheng Zhenduo
published Buddist Music Recording. This essay reflects and summarizes on the Janpanese studies of Chinese Baojuan from these three aspects: collections and studies of Baojuan before and after the second World War, investigations, researches and documentations of Baojuan during the 1980s to 1990s in Japan and studies of Baojuan in the 21st century in Japan, in the hope of offering some insights into domestic studies of Baojuan.

Nanjiang Zhaji, the book of reading notes written by Shao Jinhan, was compiled by his son Shao Binghua. Yili Zhengwu is a part of this book, and these 34 notes have been constantly received high praise. In fact, according to the comparison, all the 34 notes of Yili Zhengwu in Nanjiang Zhaji comes from the book Yili Jishuo of Ao Jigong, therefore the Yili Zhengwu should not be regarded as the opinions of Shao Jinhan.

In 1988, Guangdong People’s Press published the proof-read edition by Zhou Xifu. The writer finds the great importance of the publishing of the book and also finds many problems in the proof-reading.
