Research Progress of the Evaluation Index of Web Platform
    Zhang Yihan, Yuan Qinjian
    LIBRARY JOURNAL. 2016, 35 (10): 19-25.
    摘要 ( 1404 )   PDF(CN)(1504KB) ( 932 )

Through the literature review of the domestic and foreign researches about web platform evaluation index, this paper points out that the researches mainly focus on “the single evaluation index of web platform” and “the evaluation index system of web platform”. There are some problems in the existing researches, such as “the limited researches on evaluation index and the evaluation index system of socialization web platform”, and “the limited researches on a comprehensive evaluation index system integrating multiple perspectives and dimensions”. “More attention to the research of socialization web
platform’s evaluation index and the evaluation index system”, “integrating the existing evaluation indexes”,“including new indexes appearing under the socialization environment”, and “build up a comprehensive, multidimensional evaluation index system thereafter” are among the important areas for future research.

    摘要 ( 3303 )   PDF(CN)(2354KB) ( 1189 )

Digital Humanities (DH) is the future development direction of modern library. Cloud computing, big data, Semantic Web technologies provide very good methods for content analysis and knowledge organization based on logical relation among the digital resources on a large scale and multi species. In turn, the library could provide accurate service regarding content and knowledge by mining hidden knowledge, while saving manpower and time in organizing resources and promoting the use of resources. Linked Data is a mature technology to realize Semantic Web. Shanghai Library takes genealogy resources as an example and a starting point to practice Digital Humanities by means of knowledge reorganization and provides knowledge discovery service based on Linked Data technologies. This paper expounds the method and process of implementation, and demonstrates how Linked Data can be used in Digital Humanities through the case of “Shangchuan Ming Jing Hu Migration Map”.

Open Source Implementation of the Library’s WeChat Application Interface
    Tang Zhengui, Tang Qing,Deng Jihong
    LIBRARY JOURNAL. 2016, 35 (10): 56-62.
    摘要 ( 2957 )   PDF(CN)(6529KB) ( 1007 )

Adopting the mediator/wrapper mode as the core technology, this paper designs an integrated framework of WeChat application and library information service. It makes use of the open source technologies of PHP, MySQL, Zend framework, jQuery Mobile and so on to implement the library’s WeChat
application interface. Choosing the system SULCMISIII as an integration example, this paper demonstrates the realization of WeChat application interface. After two years of development and debugging, the system operation is good and basically meets the library’s application needs. Through the BSD open source software license, we publish the source code on the GitHub for free sharing with peers, which is also conducive to the expansion and tailoring of system functions. We hope to provide a low-cost solution to the WeChat application for the medium and small sized libraries with limited funds.

A Study into the BM25 Model & Borrowing Behavior Prediction Model Based on Book Retrieval Sorting Algorithm
    Yao Shun
    LIBRARY JOURNAL. 2016, 35 (10): 63-68.
    摘要 ( 1217 )   PDF(CN)(1693KB) ( 1170 )

Addressing the problem of poor reader experience with relevancy sorting of traditional book retrieval systems, we propose the sorting algorithm based on the BM25 model and borrowing behavior prediction model. This algorithm synthesizes the relevancy algorithm of BM25 model and recommendation algorithm of borrowing prediction model, so that the result of sorting is subject to factors such as relevancy, cache time, borrowing condition, availability and collection venue. The result of tests shows that the comprehensive sorting algorithm makes the result of sorting more scientific and rational, and can enhance
reader satisfaction and rate of book borrowing.

A Study of Quanshi Waiji ’s Edition
    Sun Haiqiao
    LIBRARY JOURNAL. 2016, 35 (10): 89-95.
    摘要 ( 1202 )   PDF(CN)(1702KB) ( 1084 )

Complementary Collection of Quanshi, 10 volumes, collects poems and commentaries by Shi Zongle, a monk poet in the early Ming Dynasty. The most popular edition is in the Siku Quanshu, besides, there are Yongle block-printed edition, Japan Five Mountains version, Japan Kanbun version, and other
several editions. According to the textual research, the author finds that there is still a supplemented carved edition in the Jiajing Period (1522-1566) which plays an important role in the course of spreading of Complementary Collection of Quanshi. Codex Quanshi Gao, newly discovered in Ryousokuin of Kenninji
Temple, Japan, preserved an overall perspective of the poems of Zongle more comprehensive than that of Complementary Collection of Quanshi. Therefore, it is possible that the latter is the revised edition of Quanshi Gao. Moreover, Poetry Anthology of Zhenbaizhai, collected in Taibei National Library, is also
copied from Complementary Collection of Quanshi. Through analysis among the different editions of Complementary Collection of Quanshi, such as Yongle edtion, Jiajing supplemented carved edition, Four Treasures edition, Five Mountains version, Kanbun version, Fu Simian library reserves codex, and Quanshi
Gao version, the author establishes a systematic edition origins of Complementary Collection of Quanshi, aiming to highlight the different values of each edition.
