Reading with Good Taste Serves the Best Way to Become a Brilliant Leader

Abstract:

This article discusses some leading figures’ reading practices from the basic scientic point of view of modern reading, and points out that well-read is a prerequisite for wise decision-makers, whereas a willing to read, reading a lot and good taste are not only an attainment to wise decisions, but also the proper connotation of “scholarly society” and an important foundation for building “learning government”.
