Research on Full-text Citation Analysis Method Based on Ontology and Linked Dat
Shi Zeshun, Xiao Ming
Libraly Journal    2021, 40 (4): 100-108.
Abstract235)      PDF(CN) (2073KB)(475)
This paper proposed a full-text citation analysis method based on ontology and linked data technology, aiming to reveal the full-text citation relationship between academic literature, and to achieve a new perspective of citation analysis. First of all, we selected high-cited papers in the “citation analysis” field of the Scientometrics journal to construct experimental data sets, and extracted the full-text citation data between citing papers and cited papers. Then, a Full-text Citation Ontology (FCO) was constructed to normalize the data and publish RDF triples as citation linked data. Finally, we constructed different SPARQL queries to extract the full-text citation information in multiple dimensions. We also analyzed the citation numbers, citation functions, citation sentiments, and citation locations in detail, hoping to verify the feasibility of this method. We found that our full-text citation analysis method has certain feasibility and practicability, which is of great significance to the optimization of the traditional citation analysis method and the popularity of the full-text citation analysis method.

Li Yumeng, Qiu Yue, Xie Han
Libraly Journal    2021, 40 (3): 103-108.
Abstract303)      PDF(CN) (1523KB)(22)
The open data of the intangible cultural heritage list (ICH list) is the key to digital construction and management of all intangible cultural heritage resources. To understand the standardization of the ICH lists and to further investigate the quality of the lists, the paper takes six provinces in western China as examples, adopts the network survey and content analysis respectively in terms of data acquisition and analysis, conducts a general investigation on the standardization of the open data, and creates a multidimensional evaluation mechanism. The study has found that there are a series of problems regarding quality, among which the problem of inconsistency is the most severe. Moreover, both the normalization and openness of the evaluation results need to be improved. This paper provides practical suggestions for the activation, development and utilization of intangible cultural heritage digital resources.

Research on the Construction of Quality Evaluation System of Chinese Books Based on Multi-dimensional Index Fusion
Qiu Yue, Zhu Shiqin, Fan Dandan
Libraly Journal    2021, 40 (3): 109-115.
Abstract345)      PDF(CN) (1785KB)(32)
At present, the book evaluation system is mostly based on external characteristics and lacks qualitative evaluation indicators, which makes it difficult to reflect the quality of books. This study attempts to introduce book review indicators that reveal the quality of books in the evaluation system, in order to make a useful exploration of the quality of Chinese books. Based on the high-frequency indicators of existing research, 16 secondary indicators are selected from traditional metrics, altmetrics, and book review indicators to construct an evaluation system consisting of three dimensions, namely, book utilization, book attention and book review. By using sentiment analysis to process book review data and by applying the CRITIC method to determine the weight of indicators, this paper makes an empirical analysis by taking psychology books as the sample. The reliability of evaluation system is analyzed by reliability and validity test. The empirical results show that the evaluation system thus constructed is reliable and can be used for comprehensive evaluation of psychology books; and that book review indexes can screen out books with high content quality and provide reference for bibliographic recommendations and other activities requring quality evaluation of books

Research on Chinese Academic Contribution Based on International Co-Authored Papers
Ran Congjing, Song Kai, He Mengting
Libraly Journal    2021, 40 (1): 82-92.
Abstract256)      PDF(CN) (5471KB)(20)
International academic cooperation can improve the efficiency of scientific research, and promote knowledge innovation. Exploring the contribution of a nation in international co-authored papers is thus of great significance to reflect the influence of that nation in the field and to improve the international cooperation. This paper constructs an analysis model of the academic contribution of international coauthors and countries from the perspective of both value and content. Taking China as the key research object and Web of Science as the data source, this paper analyzes the academic contribution of China in the field of information science and library science in the past ten years by constructing an international coauthor network and combining the formula of academic contribution, and reveals the evolution of topics of Chinese academic participation in the form of knowledge map. The results show that, in terms of numerical value, the academic contribution of China in the first stage is small, but in the second stage, China continues to make great efforts to become a rising star in international cooperation, and the academic contribution is second only to that of the United States. Meanwhile, in terms of content, through the evolution from theoretical research to technological innovation, the participating academic topics are diversified and indepth.

A Study on the Impact Speed, Acceleration and Impact Strength of Academic Journals: Taking CSSCI Economics Journal as an Example
Yu Liping, Zhang Kuangwei
Libraly Journal    2021, 40 (1): 93-103.
Abstract258)      PDF(CN) (1910KB)(17)
At present, the academic circle mostly evaluates the influence of academic journals from the static perspective, and lacks relevant research from the dynamic perspective. With the the principle of Newton’s second law in mind, this paper aims to explore the indexes and methods for evaluating the dynamic influence of academic journals, and to study it from three perspectives——the impact speed, acceleration and impact strength. Taking CSSCI economics journal as the research object, and based on the citation database of CNKI, it conducts the correlation analysis, regression analysis and Kappa consistency test, and reveals in the end that impact strength 1) can be used as a new journal evaluation index; 2) has a good distinction; and 3) has a positive correlation with h index and citations per article. The paper thus proposed to evaluate journals based on impact speed, acceleration and impact strength.

Research on the Influential Factors of Public Perception and Attitudes to the COVID-19: Based on the Citizen Survey of Shanghai
Libraly Journal    2020, 39 (12): 98-106.
Abstract425)      PDF(CN) (2686KB)(147)
Finding the influential factors on the public perception and attitude towards the COVID-19 is conducive to improving the working mechanism for preventing and fighting the epidemic, reducing the interference of the epidemic on the production and life, and helping the government to introduce more targeted policies. Based on the survey results of the The Reaction of COVID-19 in Shanghai, this article took the public perception of the epidemic as the target variable, and used 12 variables such as occupation and education level as explanatory variables. Based on the CART and XGBoost model, we found out the important variables that cause the public to have different perceptions and attitudes, and re-evaluated whether the selected variables were reliable according to the model effect. With the help of association rules, the citizens affected by the COVID-19 were analyzed to identify the characteristics of this group. As the results showed, the expectation of income change as a result of the COVID-19, age and other variables were the main factors affecting perceived attitude. Therefore, judging the public’s psychological expectations, empathetic pain, and blind optimism or excessive pessimism are the key points that should be paid attention to at present. In addition, it is believed that people who think that the epidemic has an impact on life will generally spend a long time paying attention to the information of the epidemic, which will put too much pressure on themselves. They may have better education and be in good physical fitness, which means they may be more sensitive to the risk. Based on the findings above, this article comes up with some suggestions, such as strengthening employment guidance for the high-risk unemployed groups, making full use of new media publicity methods, and conducting appropriate psychological interventions on some specific groups.

Li Qian, Xu Xin
Libraly Journal    2020, 39 (12): 107-116.
Abstract326)      PDF(CN) (2270KB)(163)
Because of the COVID-19, more people are faced with the opportunities and challenges of digital survival. Combined with the new digital divide theory, this paper discusses the factors that affect the digital viability of users. This will help coordinate all parties involved to help residents use digital technology and network skills more flexibly to adapt to the living environment, improve their digital survival ability, and meet their needs of learning, work and life in the digital era. This study found that in Shanghai, a modern city with mature network infrastructure, there remains a multi-level ladder of digital inequality, despite the decreasing gap in terms of information and communication equipment. This inequality is embodied in the differences of digital viability due to various factors such as individual characteristics and family characteristics. It thus proposed to promote digital education while reinforcing digital governance, and to encourage younger generation to help the older.

Xu Xianglong, Xu Xin
Libraly Journal    2020, 39 (12): 128-136.
Abstract348)      PDF(CN) (2407KB)(134)
Public government trust is critically important under major public health emergencies. This paper analyzes the mechanism of information communication factors on government trust, and enriches the existing research theories. Using the COVID-2019 survey jointly launched by the Shanghai Government Development Research Center and Peng Pai Research Institute, based on the 146 081 sample data and OLS regression method, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of public information concern, media trust and public government information disclosure satisfaction on government trust. The results show that public information concern about COVID-2019 has a negative impact on government trust, and the central government media trust, local government media trust and public information disclosure satisfaction have a positive moderation effect on public information concern and government trust, while social media trust has no significant moderation effect. From the perspective of information dissemination, this paper puts forward serveral policy recommendations to enhance government trust.
