Pay-Per-View E-journals at University Libraries in America

Abstract

Abstract:

Pay-per-view is a new model of E-journals subscription, this paper introduces the experiences of PPV in Trinity University library, the University of Notre Dame library and the library of University of Texas at Austin, analyzes the key factors affecting the development of PPV and puts forward the improvement measures.
