Abstract: Dr. Wang Pianran's book Research on Preschool-Children-Oriented Picture Book Information Organization addresses the practical difficulties faced by preschool children in the process of searching for picture books. Through rigorous and scientific research methods, the book identifies 39 descriptive elements used by preschool children when searching for picture books and reveals their retrieval strategies for known picture books. It further develops and tests a picture book information organization and labeling system specifically designed for preschool children. The book constructs a child-centered research model that fully respects children's agency, emphasizes their participation, and integrates theory with practice at a high level. This study holds significant value for the fields of librarianship, publishing, and information systems.
