Abstract: Taking the librarian online education as research object, and using literature research and network surveys, this paper combs the theory research and practical development of librarian online education, investigates online training for librarians during the period of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages from the aspects of training content, training object, training platform, training effect, promotion means, and on this basis, puts forward some improving suggestions from the aspects of establishing online learning platform, developing curriculum system, strengthening curriculum management, increasing promotion efforts, and studying feedbacks, in order to provide reference for better development of librarian online education in the future.
