Abstract: Education resources can guarantee and maintain the healthy development of colleges education. Reasonable distribution will determine the scale and speed of education development. This paper studies the seven Tibetan college libraries as the main research object. It gained a comprehensive understanding of the current education resources in the seven collages through long-term on-the-spot investigation. Based on the data statistics and analysis, it points out main problems existing in the colleges library, and analyzes the causes of problems. Some suggestions are given in the end to solve the problems.
