Abstract:

The spatial 24 hours self-service library provides a new paradigm for solving the “last mile”service efficiency problem in public library service system. How to realize the healthy operation and sustainable development of the spatial 24 hours self-service library has been a major issue we should face.
This paper starts from the concept of the spatial 24 hours self-service library, studies some typical cases in China, and analyses and explores the elements and paths for the sustainable development of the spatial 24 hours self-service library.
