Abstract: The development of information technology and the Internet promotes the transformation and upgrading of all industries. The self-training platform for library users designed and developed by our project team has six characteristics, namely, universal, powerful, interactive, content-rich, various forms, scene-specificand interactive. It could meet demands of users’ self-study, save library resources, and has important practical significance and application values.
