Abstract:

Library, having characteristics of public space and opening service, is a good platform for public
diplomacy. With the increasing and development of global cultural exchanges, public diplomacy is being tried
by more and more libraries. This article mainly introduces what the Shanghai Library has done, is doing and
will do in public diplomacy.
