Abstract:

This paper uses Huiwen document information system to collect borrow and returnrecords at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics Library from 2011 to 2020, which includesuser information, borrowing information and book information. Through data matching and encryptionprocessing, a total of 1,464,729 records were obtained. The UUID of user information is re-encoded toensure user privacy. The dataset is helpful for university libraries to accurately grasp the utilization ofliterature resources in recent years, to explore the changing trend of user groups’ borrowing behavior, andto tap users’ interest in reading. At the same time, it is helpful for decision-making regarding collectionlayout adjustment, effective promotion of resources and services, and accurate service of literatureresources.
