高校移动图书馆服务质量影响因素分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

以高校移动图书馆服务质量为研究对象，借鉴移动商务服务质量和移动图书馆服务质量测评的相关理论，从系统性能、数字资源、馆员及移情性服务四个方面对影响高校移动图书馆服务质量的因素进行剖析，并通过问卷调查进行实证分析，检验其合理性、科学性。以期为提升我国高校移动图书馆服务质量水平提供借鉴和启示，使移动图书馆能更好地为读者服务并满足其需要。

Abstract:

Based on the existing evaluation theory of quality and method of mobile service quality and mobile library service quality, this paper studies the service quality of university mobile library,and explores the factors of service quality of university mobile library from system performance, digital resource, librarian and empathy service. Then it proceeds with empirical analysis to check its rationality and scientificity. The results can provide inspiration for further research on mobile library service quality,and better service for readers to meet their needs.
