Abstract:

The rural library project is the basis of public library service system. The rural library is an important place in every village that not only provides reading service for farmers but also open a window for spiritual civilization in rural areas. According to the integration of the rural library project and
public library service system, we can notice the inadequacies of rural libraries. Innovating farmers’ reading activities, improving utilization and solving the difficulty of borrowing books and reading on the part of farmers are efforts to be made. It hopes to help us form deep thinking of rural library development and break the deadlock of build-abandon-rebuild cycle.
