移动图书馆采纳行为意愿研究：基于4个模型的比较

摘要：

通过比较分析四个经典的基于意愿的IT/IS采纳模型，本研究尝试探讨移动图书馆用户采纳行为意愿的影响因素。采用问卷调查形式搜集197份有效样本并运用结构方程模型方法进行数据分析。研究发现，技术接受模型（TAM）最适合应用于研究移动图书馆用户的采纳行为意愿。TAM的分析结果进一步显示，感知易用性显著影响感知有用性，感知易用性和感知有用性均显著影响态度，态度则是移动图书馆用户采纳行为意愿的直接影响因素，而感知有用性对行为意愿不产生作用。

Abstract:

This paper attempts to examine factors affecting user behavioral intention to us mobile library through empirically comparing and assessing four models of IT/IS acceptance. Using 197 questionnaire data collected in southern China, this paper conducts data analysis by SEM. The results suggest that,
“Technology Acceptance Model” appears to be the best model. The results also show that perceived usefulness positively affects perceived ease of use, and both, in turn, have positive effects on attitude,which further affects user intention to use mobile library. However, perceived usefulness does not have an
impact on user intention.
