    摘要 ( 184 )   PDF(CN)(3425KB) ( 801 )

The retrieval of red documents is an important pathway for advancing the construction anddeep utilization of red digital resources. At present the red document-based retrieval mainly relies onmetadata in which the query formulation strategies and navigation design mechanisms fail to adequatelymeet diverse user needs. In particular existing approaches lack in-depth mining and content-levelpresentation. To address the problems above this study proposes a user-centered knowledge retrievalsolution for red documents which integrates both the functional features of retrieval systems and theunique characteristics of red documents. The model incorporates cutting-edge human-machine intelligencetechnology into the current metadata-based retrieval framework. Specifically it enriches the retrievalscope through entity-level knowledge extraction from document content and introduces two queryexpansion modules namely a 􀆵 semantic expansion module and a 􀆵 human-AI interaction module .These modules provide users with expanded query terms at multiple levels of knowledge representation.Accordingly we developed a knowledge retrieval prototype system for red documents and conductedmultiple user experiments for evaluation. The results show that compared with existing metadata-drivenretrieval platforms our proposed system has more advantages in functional richness and user satisfaction. In addition the two newly proposed query expansion modules have their own distinct characteristics andapplicability to meet different types of search needs. These findings provide certain technical referencesfor the transformation and development of red document retrieval services towards a more knowledgeableand intelligent direction.

    摘要 ( 181 )   PDF(CN)(3067KB) ( 421 )

Traditional term weighting algorithms often overlook the semantic information of terms inscientific literature thereby failing to accurately assess the importance of terms and leading to lowaccuracy in the retrieval of scientific literature. In order to fully utilize the semantic information of termsthis paper proposes a semantic-based term weighting algorithm aimed at improving the accuracy ofretrieval in scientific literature. The proposed algorithm will utilize semantic information weights tomeasure the importance of term􀆳s semantic information. Simultaneously the algorithm will also calculatethe keyword weight of terms based on the TF-IDF algorithm. By combining these two weights acomprehensive term weight is obtained to gauge the importance of the term. In the experiments the termweighting algorithm proposed in this paper demonstrated better performance compared to traditional TFIDFand BM25 algorithms effectively enhancing the accuracy of retrieval in scientific literature.

Function · Governance · Culture A Tripartite Pathway for Reconstructing New-Type Reading Spaces—A Case Study of Shanghai Practices
Cai Wenjie, Guo Limin (Shanghai Library)
    Libraly Journal. 2025, 44 (415): 40-47.
    摘要 ( 181 )   PDF(CN)(1315KB) ( 152 )

The reconstruction of new-type reading spaces has become an important pathway for promotingthe high-quality development of public cultural services. Based on Lefebvre‘s theory of spatialproduction this paper constructs a three-dimensional analytical framework of  functional integrationcollaborativegovernance-cultural localization and applies it to empirical case studies of the ShanghaiLibrary East Xujiahui Academy and Hongkou Peace Academy. The findings reveal that functionhybridization expands spatial boundaries and enhances the service efficiency and coverage throughtechnological embedding and business integration collaborative governance achieves a dynamic balancebetween public welfare and sustainability through a multi-party co-governance mechanism and culturallocalization strengthens cultural identity and a sense of belonging by activating historical context andcommunity memory. These three are interwoven to form a linkage mechanism of  technologicalempowerment—institutional collaboration—cultural inheritance. Building on these insights this paperfurther proposes optimization strategies such as joint operation of the main and branch librariestechnology-empowered scenarios and property rights separation reform providing replicable and scalablepractical approaches for the reconstruction of new-type reading spaces.

Machine Reading Comprehension and Lexicon-Enhanced BERT Based Named Entity Recognition Ancient Chinese Science and Technology Texts
Pan Jun, Xiao Mingcheng, Tao Xiangxing(School of Science Zhejiang University of Science and Technology)
    Libraly Journal. 2025, 44 (415): 64-74.
    摘要 ( 132 )   PDF(CN)(2068KB) ( 365 )

Recognizing named entities in the texts of ancient Chinese science and technology haspresented a unique challenge in recent years. In response we introduce a novel named entity recognitionNER method DLEBERT-MRC which is grounded in a machine reading comprehension MRCframework and utilizes a domain lexicon-enhanced BERT model to extract contextual information fromboth questions and target texts. The introduction of domain-specific lexicons through a bilinear attentionmechanism between transformer layers significantly enriches contextual information. SoftMax is employedin the decoding layer to accurately predict the start and end positions of entities in the input text.Furthermore we constructed an ancient Chinese science and technology NER dataset employing theBIOES scheme. The dataset derived from Baidu Encyclopedia is designed to align with thespecifications of MRC tasks. Experimental evaluation verifies the effectiveness of the proposed methodwhile ablation experiments demonstrate the importance of each component of the model.

Dual-Channel Multi-Granularity Feature Fusion for Named Entity Recognition in Ancient Poetry A Case Study of the Tang and Song Dynasties

    摘要 ( 126 )   PDF(CN)(2050KB) ( 364 )

In response to the scarcity of training data in the field of ancient Chinese poetry we constructthe POEM-NER dataset for ancient poetry focusing on collecting descriptive poetry data related to naturalscenery and utilizing the BIOES method for entity annotation. To overcome the limitations of traditionalnamed entity recognition NER methods in handling the complex sentence structures of ancient poetryand the extraction of relatively singular features we propose the DMFF-APNER method based on dualchannelmulti-granularity feature fusion for ancient poetry NER. First we pre-train the SikuBERTmodel on ancient poetry corpora obtain multi-granularity feature vectors using Word2Vec and use FLATfor embedding fusion. Next the information vectors are input into the BiLSTM and IDCNN dualchannelsfor parallel feature extraction. The extracted contextual and local features are then dynamicallyfused through an attention mechanism. Finally predicted sequence labels are obtained through CRFdecoding. Comparative and ablation experiments on the open-source C-CLUE dataset and the POEM-NERdataset demonstrate that DMFF-APNER model can effectively utilize multi-granularity features to enhancethe model’s semantic representation capability. Furthermore the use of dual-channel technology in the feature extraction layer complements the two types of features thereby significantly improving entityextraction performance. The F1 values on the C-CLUE dataset and the POEM-NER ancient poetry datasetreach 82. 66% and 86. 02% respectively.

    摘要 ( 139 )   PDF(CN)(1779KB) ( 31 )

The newspaper office of Minli Newspaper caught fire on March 6 1911. In order toresponding to the emergency the principal issued handwritten lithographic copies for publishing asscheduled which are known as Minli Newspaper in distress . Four argumentative articles which authoris Song Jiaoren and using the alias as Yufu were published in these copies they are respectively On theSadness of Yunnan Border Affairs 3 Refusing to Serve as Prime Minister On the Current DiplomaticSituation of China and On the Undetermined Boundary Zone in Southern Yunnan none of which hasbeen found in Song Jiaoren’s monograph or related research works. At present various versions of theSong Jiaoren Collection include Song Jiaorens argumentative articles from March 1911 which run fromMarch 4th to March 20th with a 15 day gap from March 5th to 19th. These four lost articles which werepublished on March 10 14-16 15 and 19 1911 respectively could partially fill this gap and they havegreat literature value for a complete understanding of Song Jiaorens thinking on frontier historygeography and current affairs and politics before the 1911 Revolution.
