The Research on Theoretical Basis of Readers’ Reading Rights Protection: On the “Protective Regulation Theory” of German Administrative Law
    Xu Le
    Libraly Journal. 2018, 37 (10): 4-11.
    摘要 ( 424 )   PDF(CN)(2103KB) ( 13 )
To study the theoretical basis of protection of readers’ reading rights, the paper targets at “protective regulation theory” of German administrative law as research object, investigates respectively the administrative action obligation on libraries, readers’ rights protection mechanism, and related legal disputes analysis on administrative inaction of libraries. The reference and revelation lies in the following aspects: the uncivilized behavior of readers is not counted as tort; if library fails to correct the uncivilized behavior of the readers in time, it violates its own administrative action obligation; the library’s violation of administrative action obligation is of illegality; the administrative discretion of library can’t be used as the excuse of exemption from legal liability; other readers in library have the right to claim their public law rights as the third party with independent claim in procedure law.

Formation Mechanism and Path of Researchers’ Knowledge Utilization Behavior Based on Self-Determination Theory
Zhang Min , Zhao Yalan, Zhang Yan
    Libraly Journal. 2018, 37 (10): 12-19.
    摘要 ( 573 )   PDF(CN)(2165KB) ( 10 )
In the process of knowledge utilization, researchers are faced with the matching problem of internal motivation and external resources. Difference in utilization contexts will lead to difference in knowledge utilization behavior. Based on the self-determination theory, this research explores the formation mechanism and path of researchers’ knowledge utilization behavior. In the empirical study, 526 valid questionnaires were obtained from 78 scientific research teams in 8 universities in the central and western regions, and Smart PLS2.0 are applied to test the model. The results show that perceived knowledge quality and perceived knowledge reputation promote knowledge utilization attitude. Subjective norm impacts knowledge utilization intention whereas group norm has no impact on knowledge utilization intention. Knowledge utilization attitude positively influences knowledge utilization intention and knowledge utilization behavior, while knowledge utilization intention promotes knowledge utilization behavior. Academic information literacy has a positive effect on knowledge utilization attitude, intention and behavior.

Evaluation of Library Websites under the Analytical Framework of “Full Evaluation”
    Lu Wenhui, Ye Jiyuan
    Libraly Journal. 2018, 37 (10): 31-42.
    摘要 ( 283 )   PDF(CN)(2148KB) ( 9 )
t In order to explore the domestic and foreign research progress about the library website evaluation, problems and countermeasures, this paper employed the analytical framework of “full evaluation” and studied the six essential factors for evaluation (subject, object, purpose, method, criteria and indicator, and mechanism) from three perspectives (form, content and the effectiveness) regarding evaluation research literatures of library website at home and abroad published since the 21st century. The study identified a few problems in library evaluation, and put forward countermeasures in six aspects: 1) promoting the diversification and specialization of the evaluation subjects; 2) promoting the diversification and comprehensiveness of the evaluation objects; 3) ensuring that the objective of the evaluation is specific and clarified; 4) promoting the professionalization and synthesis of the evaluation methods; 5) promoting the standardization and objectification of the evaluation standards and indicators; 6) paying attention to the construction of evaluation rules and nurturing the sense of such standards.

Digital Humanities Study of Humanities from the Perspective of Big Data
    Ouyang Jian
    Libraly Journal. 2018, 37 (10): 61-70.
    摘要 ( 448 )   PDF(CN)(2127KB) ( 9 )
Based on the background of big data, this paper starts with the changes of digital humanities development and its connotation under the new digital environment, and analyzes the transformation of humanities research in digital humanities. The thinking mode of big data provides new ideas and methods for humanities research. The digital humanities studies in the humanities have presented new features, such as wide horizon, quantification, interdisciplinarization, integration and multi-dimensional analysis, which have brought a variety of thinking modes and research perspectives, such as wide horizon, long time, and large space. It has formed a new paradigm for digital humanities research in the era of big data. Integration and fusion of digital data and computer analysis have become two important components of digital humanities studies.

    摘要 ( 356 )   PDF(CN)(5171KB) ( 10 )
Yan family were both Confucian and Buddhists. Although the creation of YanShiJiaXun was based on Confucianism, the educational thoughts as reflected in the book are vastly different from that of Confucius in terms of subject selection, research methods, examples, and purpose of working hard. Using the method of word frequency statistics in library and information science and mapping knowledge representation, the paper analyses the texts of YanShiJiaXun and The Analects, and demonstrates their correlation and difference regarding education philosophies.

The Evaluation of Node Importance within the Scientific Collaboration Network from Hypernetwork Perspective
    Wang Yu, Guo Jinli
    Libraly Journal. 2018, 37 (10): 89-100.
    摘要 ( 327 )   PDF(CN)(2921KB) ( 7 )
From the perspective of hypernetwork, the paper studies the importance of authors in scientific research collaboration. First of all, by considering the impact factors of journals, time factors and cited frequency of papers, authors’ signature order and the paper quantity, we design author’s own scientific value V, which can characterize the local importance of authors. Then, we construct the average path matrix with arbitrary length. According to the distance between nodes, the average number of paths and other factors, three matrices about importance contribution proportion are constructed, which reflect the influence strength among all nodes. As a result, we obtain the total importance contribution value F that can characterize the global importance of authors. Finally, combined with the author’s own value V and the contribution value F obtained from other authors, the final importance index D is proposed. In the field of library and information, we construct the hypernetwork including 81 authors and 855 papers. The empirical results show that the index proposed can identify the core authors effectively. Moreover, compared with traditional and single indicators respectively, the validity of the method is further verified.
