Abstract: This study aims to construct an AI literacy education content system tailored for research scenarios, in order to better address the technological demands and ethical challenges of the new normal in scientific research. Through a comprehensive review of the literature, content analysis, and case analysis, it analyzes the current state of scenario-based information literacy and AI literacy education theories and practices, exploring the necessity of developing a scenario-based AI literacy education framework. Based on four distinct stages of the research lifecycle—literature review and research design, data collection and analysis, research output writing and publication, and results dissemination and communication—the study systematically designs AI literacy education content for research contexts from the perspectives of knowledge, skills, and ethics. Taking the AI literacy education courses and practices of the Shanghai International Studies University Library as a representative case, this study explores how libraries can ensure the effective implementation of the AI literacy education content system through the formation of interdisciplinary teaching teams, the meticulous design of structured curricula, the full utilization of educational resources, and the expansion of extensive cooperation strategies, thereby providing new insights for university libraries to implement AI literacy education.
