Abstract: Today, the sharing and reuse of scientific data has become a hot topic. More and more empirical studies on scientific data reuse are produced. This paper adopted meta-analysis method to analyze 15 studies involving 6 333 samples using R software. It tested the heterogeneity, analyzed the publication bias, calculated the e-ect size and identified moderators after strictly screening literatures. This paper aimed at systematically combing the factors affecting researchers’ data reuse intention, behavior and satisfaction, quantifying the relationship between the dependent variables and independent variables and providing a new perspective for further research on scientific data reuse. This study found that most of the influencing factors were positively correlated with researchers’ data reuse intention, behavior and satisfaction, among which, perceived usefulness and perceived data quality were highly positively correlated with data reuse intention, and disciplinary factors played a moderating role in some of the influencing factors of data reuse intention
