Abstract: Books in Shandong liberated area have been published more than 70 years old. They are the main carrier of political, ideological, military, economic, and cultural content of Shandong liberated area, and also the original record of the victory of new democratic revolution in Shandong. With the passage of time, the preservation and use of this batch of books are not optimistic. The article briefly discusses the content, value, preservation, and utilization of the books in Shandong liberated areas, as well as the preservation ideas and organizing thoughts, in order to better carry forward the revolutionary culture of Shandong.
