Abstract: The establishment of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism has finally brought literature and travel together, which also marks a new era of integrated development of culture and tourism. Local literature is not only the first-hand material to record local history and culture, but also an important resource to study local politics, economy, human geography, customs and social development. Grass-root public libraries systematically sort out local literature resources and deeply study and excavate the connotation of local culture, which is not only conducive to promoting the development of local culture and tourism integration, but also brings new historical opportunities for their own development.
