A Review of China’s University Libraries Literature Bidding Purchase in Recent Ten Years

Abstract: Taking the research papers on bidding and purchasing of Chinese university library from 2007 to 2016 as the research object, this paper summarizes the research overview, research content and trend from the perspectives of dissertation distribution, the core journal source distribution and the content analysis. The thesis separately elaborates on the main research contents of domestic tendering and procurement for university libraries, mainly including the role of tendering for literature procurement in university libraries in China for value analysis, current tendering and procurement, and problems in research and tendering, procurement strategies and adopted methods. The authors focuse on the research and analysis of the evaluation index system and evaluation methods in the bidding procurement process, point out the existing deficiencies in the existing research phase, and put forward thoughts and suggestions for the future research.
