PAN-Chengbi and GUO-Moruo thought that Guanzi-An in Shanghai Library was the only retained work written by DING-Shihan. In Nanjing Library, there is a very few people known work named Guanzi-Jiaoben and Guanzi-Jiaoyi, both of which are incomplete.Author’s view in this paper is, that the real name of Guanzi-Jiaoben is Guanzi-An, and is Guanzi-An’s another part. Guanzi-Jiaoyi is Guanzi-Zhu mentioned in the preface of Guanzi-An, the work name is also wrong. The content of Guanzi-Zhu is almost complete, so is Guanzi-An. Guanzi-An and Guanzi-Zhu are all noting-collating works, the completing time of Guanzi-An is earlier than that of Guanzi-Zhu. The relationship between them is supplement and enrichment about noting-collatin

Key words: Guanzi-An, Guanzi-Zhu, Guanzi-Jiaoben, Guanzi-Jiaoyi, Wrong named
