Abstract: Linked Data is a kind of semantic web expression form which uses RDF data model. RDF is a kind of description language based on XML. RDF is designed to be read and understood by computers. With the growth of network information, the storage and sharing technology of linked data is developing continuously. Using ontology and associated data technology, and through the investigation of the existing music resources and the users’ demand for music resources, this paper attempts to study the integration strategy of network open data and library cataloging data with the emphasis on user resource acquisition requirements. Based on technology as such, the music ontology is used to realize the data integration of DBTune’s open music resources john peel and worldcat through RDF integration.
