Abstract: Many scholars have analyzed the factors affecting adoption behavior of cloud computing, but there are obvious differences in the degree and direction of the research conclusions. Therefore, this study adopts meta analysis to analyze 8 508 samples in the 20 independent empirical studies. The results show that factors affecting of cloud computing adoption behavior are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, trust, personal creativity, social influence and cloud computing’s characteristics. Among all these factors, the perceived usefulness has the strongest impact on adoption behavior, whereas known risk a significant negative effect on the behavior. The study also analyzes the correlation of various factors, and by way of meta-analysis, draws a general conclusions applicable to cloud computing adoption, providing a practical basis for the further research in the future, and inspirations for individuals, businesses, governments and other institutions of cloud computing adoption.
