Digital reading as an important way of reading has become an important part of national reading ecosystem and nationals reading. Based on digital reading habits of the American people, mainly from the perspective of gender, age, educational level, income and other characteristics, individual differences in reading performance are analyzed, and according to external factors, such as the individual characteristics,equipment factors, reading tendency, the diverse aspects of the relationship between them are explored,and structural equation model is built. Finally, based on comparative data, the advices, in term of reading device, reading content, reading guidance, reading literacy, are proposed.
