Inspirations from 123 Library Operation Mode

Abstract

Abstract: 123 library is cyclic reading promotion platform based on “dandelion model” and the Internet,and driven by readers’ (members’) reading demands. It gains value by leasing idle books of readers (members). After analyzing the operation mode of 123 library, the paper advocates that university library
should get inspired from 123 library, and achieve value increase by adddressing readers’ information needs and service requests.
