Scientific Research Performance Evaluation Based on the New Generation of InCites Platform

Abstract: This paper, by studying a college of Shenzhen University Town with the new generation of InCites, makes a comprehensive evaluation on scientific research performance and compares them with the global benchmark data. It also refers to the top 1% subject threshold of ESI and SCADC subject categories to identify advantaged and potential subjects. Through the statistical analysis of regional agency cooperation, it discovers and points out high quality partners.
