Status Quo, Hot Spots and Trends of Knowledge Service Research in China: Based on CSSCI Journal Papers

Abstract:

Based on 1 341 research papers on knowledge service in the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI) from 1999 to 2022, a knowledge graph was drawn using the bibliometric analysis and visualization tools (SATI and Citespace) to outline the development of knowledge service research in China, including identifying important journals, core authors, and high-frequency institutions, depicting the evolution and direction of research hotspots of knowledge service, and proposing that under the trend of subject collaboration and disciplinary integration, the research perspective of knowledge service field is more diverse, the knowledge service research is more in-depth, and the think tank knowledge service research is more prominent in China.
