Abstract:

The massive growth of literature resources has brought some difficulties to thecomprehensive and accurate acquisition of information. Some users do not fully understand the literatureresources of their own fields, but the library can provide rich literature information and implementaccurate retrieval services to ensure the comprehensive and accurate search of literature resources.The proposing stage of master’s and doctoral dissertations is critical not only for the dissertationsthemselves, but also as the starting point for constructing a personalized literature space, and forcultivating information literacy skills. This paper investigates the related literature of the retrieval serviceand the related services of the target university libraries at home and abroad, and studies in depth thecurrent service mode, service content, implementation effect of the literature retrieval service of PekingUniversity Library. It also provides an outlook for future work.
