Abstract:
Research on the Optimizing Construction of Paper andElectronic Digital technology and intelligent services have accelerated the development of “paper andelectronic literature” in university libraries, enriched the reading channels and broadened the readingscope. This paper puts forward optimizing strategies to solve the problems in the development of “paperand electronic synchrony” in university libraries.
