The Practical Significance of the Analysis of Female Reading Paintings in the Qing Dynasty and the Development of Cultural and Creative Products of the Library

Abstract: As the most active period of female reading in ancient China, a large number of female reading paintings emerged in the Qing Dynasty. This article tries to analyze the reasons of female reading paintings and explore the necessary premise of cultural and creative product development. From the perspective of literary background, artistic expression form, function and image meaning, this article analyzes the important conditions for developing the female reading paintings into cultural and creative products of the library, and seeks the concrete ways to expand the development of such cultural and creative products.
