Abstract: This paper puts emphasis on the need of children’s library to conform to the general trend of social development, to welcome social forces, and enhance the dynamics and vitality for their development. According to the current practices, it sorts out several models for social forces to participate in the cooperative development, so as to provide a way to promote the high-quality development of children’s library.
