Abstract: After discussing the concept of rural red culture popularization, this paper puts forward its theoretical logic, and points out some problems, such as weak publicity awareness, insufficient spiritual refinement, unclear management responsibilities and the lack of various talents. It then puts forth the practical mechanism of upper and lower coordination, joint cooperation, internal and external combination and the training of front-line narrators. Finally, four realization paths are proposed.
