Dataset of Chinese Electronic Journals
Access Behavior at Fudan University in 2018

Abstract

Abstract: The dataset of Chinese electronic journals access behavior at Fudan University in 2018 was collected by ERU system with 3,131,612 records in total. In contrast with the data collected by traditional social science research methods such as questionnaires and interviews, data collected by ERU system can overcome the problems of observer effect and hawthorne effect. The dataset has rich value in studying features and modes of information behavior, and can be used in developing smart libraries and relevant research.
