Abstract: The New York Public Library, Boston Public Library, and Washington Library of Congress in North America are all historic libraries. For centuries, they have stood firmly on the land of North America, attracting many tourists and scholars with their unique charms. In addition to their exquisite architectural design, the most memorable thing is the humanized management of these libraries. By visiting these three North American libraries, this article explores the practices of humanized management of these libraries, hoping to provide reference for the construction and development of domestic libraries.
