Dataset of Chinese Electronic Journals Resources Access Behavior in the Field of Natural Sciences at Fudan University in 2016

Abstract

Abstract: The dataset of Chinese Electronic Journals Resources Access Behavior in the Field of Natural Science of Fudan University was collected through the ERU system. The data processing procedure includes data cleansing, data desensitization, and format conversion. The dataset contains 225,644 records with 12 data files, and has rich value in both practice and research. The data can be used in supporting decisions on electronic resource purchase, analyzing users’ information behavior and academic behavior, and exploring research hotspots and conducting interdisciplinary trend analysis.
